Recently a gay man from Iran applying for refugee status in Belgium and an Iranian gay couple applying for refugee status in France for persecution on the grounds of sexual orientation in their home country has been recognised as a refugee.
PGLO is thankful to all those people who have supported them especially Human Rights Watch, WISH (Belgian workgroup international gay solidarity) and Mr. Albert Kozyns from Belgium.
Earlier another gay Iranians were granted the status of refugee too.
We are grateful to the Belgian and France authorities that they take in consideration the terrible violations of human rights of homosexual people in Iran.

به تازگی یک همجنسگرای ایرانی در بلژیک و یک زوج همجنسگرا در فرانسه که به دلیل فشارهای وارده بر آنها از ایران متواری شده بودند و به بلژیک و فرانسه پناه برده بودند از طرف دولت پس از تلاش های بسیار زیاد به عنوان پناهنده شناخته شدند.
سازمان همجنسگرایان ایرانی از تمام افرادی که حمایت خود را اعلام کرده اند به ویژه سازمان دیده بان حقوق بشر، سازمان WISH در بلژیک و آقای آلبرت کوزینز تشکر و قدردانی می کند.
این موفقیتی بزرگ است و باید در شادی آن همجنسگرایان سهیم شد.
همچنین از دولت های بلژیک و فرانسه تشکر بعمل می آید که با حمایت خود و توجه به موقعیت همجنسگرایان در ایران آن ها را پناه داده و زندگی آرامی را به آنها هدیه داده است.
